12 oz Vanilla bean ice-cream
3 Tbsp CBB’s Old Fashioned Marmalade
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Orange liquor
½ Orange peeled and chopped
Take a blender and add all ingredients except the chopped orange pieces. Blend until all ingredients are mixed well. Do not over blend. Pour ice cream into an airtight container and fold in the orange pieces. Put a lid on the container and freeze overnight. Serve straight from the freezer because the booze makes it melt fast.
